The Vance Thompson Vision Culture Book is all-encompassing, applicable to every employee, regardless of their position, department, or location. This Culture Book is intended to serve as a reference guide and does not create a contract of employment, guarantee any terms or conditions of employment, or alter the at-will nature of employment. The guidelines and processes within this Culture Book are not intended to be exhaustive or to address all possible applications of or exceptions. For that reason, if you have any questions concerning a particular policy, procedure, or plan, you should reach out to your leader or the People and Culture Team.
