For employees choosing to resign their employment with Vance Thompson Vision, please provide a 14-day notice to allow for a smooth transition. If you are in a licensed or leadership role, a 30-day notice is desired. Failure to provide a proper notice may result in your accrued PTO not being paid out with your last check from VTV.
