A specialist in refractive cataract surgery and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS), Dr. Morton and his wife fell in love with the midwest during his ophthalmology training at the University of Iowa, and they’ve called it home ever since.
Dr. Morton joined Vance Thompson Vision’s South Sioux City, NE clinic in 2021 and continues to provide subspecialty care in advanced cataract surgery and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery to patients of South Sioux City and the surrounding tri-state area.
Dr. Morton is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Spenser and his wife, Lauren, have three beautiful children and they enjoy spending time exploring nature and growing and preparing food. Spenser also enjoys archery, hunting, sport shooting, running, cycling, hiking, and snowboarding.
